My first entrepreneurial experience was at the age of 17. My friends and I convinced our school management to let us conduct the school's first inter-school talent fest. What started as a dream to have our own fest grew to become the city's largest and most anticipated student festival in just 6 years since its inception. The experience was exactly what I needed to validate my passion for entrepreneurship. Since then, I have gained some confidence and courage to explore more ventures. Here's a glimpse of what I've been able to do so far: 1. Started an event management company called RUSH and conducted my city's first privately held squash tournament, which attracted more than 200+ national players from across India. 2. Became a freelance graphic designer and have designed logos for several companies across the world. 3. I Have built multiple profitable side hustles that have helped me become better at what I do. Looking back, one thing that made it all a success was my constant emphasis on growth.
